Meredith Millegan has been teaching high school English and Writing in San Antonio, Texas for the past seven years.
After growing up in the suburbs around San Antonio, she attended the University of the Incarnate Word to obtain her Undergraduate Degree, and Texas State University to obtain her MeD in Education. After which her thesis lite was published with The Teacher Advocate in January of 2023.
Meredith has two teenagers who have been the driving force in her continuation to make all her dreams, and theirs come true.

What genres do you write in?
It depends on the day! I do lots of scribbling random thoughts here and there, then rewrite them into essays, poetry, and fiction.
Who are your favorite writers?
Sarah Dessen made me a reader, hands down. I love everything by her.
I take so much inspiration from other types of writers like Taylor Swift, Kacey Musgraves, and Lin Manuel Miranda.
